This delicious raw recipe is low in calories and is definitely going to make you full.

It would take you just 5 minutes to prepare and there are immeasurable combinations to enhances the flavor, from adding grapes and cherries to tomatoes and spinach. There is no limit.

  • Slice mushrooms and placed them in a shallow bowl.
  • Pour the oil and soy sauce over the mushrooms.
  • Gently stir mushrooms until lightly but thoroughly coated in oil and soy sauce.
  • Let mushrooms sit for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Add  accompaniments.

Gouda cheese is a great accompaniment for this recipe but we suggest you to go vegan adding spinach, grapes and seeds. You won´t regret it.
