Not having much time to prepare food does not mean you have to eat unhealthy and tasteless meals. In only 5 minutes you can prepare this delicious and extremely  healthy soup.  All you going to need is:

  1. 4 cucumbers
  2. A clove of garlic
  3.  A little piece of fresh turmeric to taste.
  4. A cup of water.

How to make it?

Just blend the cucumbers, garlic, turmeric and water all together. Serve the soup and add parsley or cucumber pieces as decoration.

And just like that you have  a low in calories meal packed with vitamin K, potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, vitamin C, iron and other essential nutrients.
